Jude 1:12-13

These are spots in your love feasts, while they feast with you without fear, serving only themselves. They are clouds without water, carried about by the winds; late autumn trees without fruit, twice dead, pulled up by the roots; raging waves of the sea, foaming up their own shame; wandering stars for whom is reserved the blackness of darkness forever.

Commentary; Those who pretend to worship the Lord will face eternal separation from God, the Father, from God, the Son, and from God, the Holy Spirit.

Isaiah 66:6

The sound of noise from the city! A voice from the temple! The voice of the Lord, Who fully repays His enemies!

Commentary; During the last days the Lord will vanquish those who refuse to acknowledge His sovereignty.

Jude 1:16-19

These are grumblers, complainers, walking according to their own lusts; and they mouth great swelling words, flattering people to gain advantage. But you, beloved, remember the words which were spoken before by the apostles of our Lord Jesus Christ: how they told you that there would be mockers in the last time who would walk according to their own ungodly lusts. These are sensual persons, who cause divisions, not having the Spirit.

Commentary; The Lord promised that there will be divisiveness during the final days.

Isaiah 66:14-16

When you see this, your heart shall rejoice, And your bones shall flourish like grass; The hand of the Lord shall be known to His servants, And His indignation to His enemies. For behold, the Lord will come with fire And with His chariots, like a whirlwind, To render His anger with fury, And His rebuke with flames of fire. For by fire and by His sword The Lord will judge all flesh; And the slain of the Lord shall be many.

Commentary; The Lord promises to come back during the final days and judge the inhabitants of the Earth.

Jude 1:20-23

But you, beloved, building yourselves up on your most holy faith, praying in the Holy Spirit, keep yourselves in the love of God, looking for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ unto eternal life. And on some have compassion, making a distinction; but others save with fear, pulling them out of the fire, hating even the garment defiled by the flesh.

Commentary; The Holy Spirit will help show every genuine believer how best to stay in the love of God.

Isaiah 66:18-19

“For I know their works and their thoughts. It shall be that I will gather all nations and tongues; and they shall come and see My glory. I will set a sign among them; and those among them who escape I will send to the nations: to Tarshish and Pul and Lud, who draw the bow, and Tubal and Javan, to the coastlands afar off who have not heard My fame nor seen My glory. And they shall declare My glory among the Gentiles.

Commentary; It is impossible to hide anything from the Lord as He knows every thought.

And this I pray, that your love may abound still more and more in knowledge and all discernment, that you may approve the things that are excellent, that you may be sincere and without offense till the day of Christ, being filled with the fruits of righteousness which are by Jesus Christ, to the glory and praise of God.

Commentary; Those who genuinely believe in Jesus, The Christ, and who conduct themselves honorably until either Jesus returns, or they are taken up to be with Him will, in those days, receive a crown of glory.
